Are your items new or pre-loved?

We sell a carefully curated mix of new and pre-loved items. The condition of each product is clearly stated in the listing, so you know exactly what to expect before purchasing.

How do you check item quality?

Every item is individually checked before sale. Pre-loved items are assessed for condition, cleanliness, and functionality, and only items that meet our standards are listed.

Are the photos real?

Yes. All photos are real images of the actual item you will receive. We don’t use stock or AI-generated photographs, so what you see is exactly what arrives.

How quickly do you dispatch orders?

All orders are dispatched within 1 working day, and same day for our express orders from our UK store. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. Dispatch times are always shown clearly during busy periods.

What delivery options are available?

We currently offer the following UK delivery options:
    •    Standard Delivery – £3.99
Typically delivered within 2–4 working days.
    •    Express Delivery – £5.99
A faster option for customers who need their order sooner.

Some larger or heavier items require specialist courier handling:
    •    Heavy Item – Standard Delivery: £15.00
    •    Heavy Item – Express Delivery: £25.00

Heavy item charges apply to parcels over 10kg or items requiring additional handling. Where applicable, this will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. From time to time, we also run promotional free delivery offers, which will be clearly advertised on our website or at checkout. All delivery costs and eligibility are always shown transparently before you place your order — no surprises.

How are orders packaged?

We take great care when packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. Wherever possible, we locally source and reuse clean, sturdy boxes and polymailers to reduce waste and support more sustainable shopping. Reused packaging never compromises protection — items are always securely packed and well cushioned. This approach allows us to minimise environmental impact while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

New items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in their original condition. Pre-loved items can only be returned if they are faulty or not as described. Please see our full Returns Policy for details.

Do you ship internationally?

At present, we ship within the UK only. International shipping may be added in the future.
